My right bumper just died, how do I make this game work with k/m?
Also it's not completely dead, however it takes a lot of effort for it to be pressed, so I'm open to suggestions for control buttons remapping.

Open your controller and put a piece of paper between the rb and the controller board button.
Keyboard and mouse is completely viable in the game, anyone claiming otherwise hasn't tried or sucks at PC gaming.
I personally use how it is in default expect for block and parry being in my secondary mouse buttons. Otherwise with stuff like lock on being F, alt being two handed etc. It really is up to how to decide those.
