Magic in the game is fucking top tier and adds to the above gameplay elements even more
Melee weapons by themselves aren't too bad, but they can get a bit tedious since enemies take forever to kill if you don't use the environment
Stealth is also viable with certain spells and backstabbing but it's fucking boring, I tried to do it for my first playthrough but ended up just rushing into open combat half the time because it was more enjoyable
Overall the level design's similar to Dishonored but even better, and halfway through the game you get a traversal item that makes exploring levels so much more open and enjoyable

As far as I remember, following all paths except the melee fighter means sinking points into shit that you will never EVER use, and a lot of the good staves have fighter requirements which means that you're fighting tougher and tougher enemies with the same shitty weapons (and new weapons are relatively far in between) while also dealing with mana issues constantly. Other than that, stealth is meh, bows are shit, and demon form is underwhelming

I really liked it. Frankly, the story stuff is kinda cringy, but it has a nice atmosphere and fun combat. The weapons are fun and the spells are cool. The ragdoll/physics stuff makes it even better. It doesn't hurt that it's Might and Magic, either (even if it is the shitty Ubi universe).

I agree with this post, though the game isn't bad. It's very janky and how much fucking rope scaling you have to do is bullshit. Also poison is bullshit. Other than that, it can get a bit tedious but isn't too bad. Game peters out. Interesting concept, but it feels like a tech demo stretched into a full game.

It isn't the idea of the rope bow in itself, it's that you can easily get "stuck" against shit above you/ to the sides when there's no visual indication that it's the case. It can make doing certain climbs finnicky. Also infinite undead in areas was a slog.
Really though, I did enjoy the game. People have already shown/said the fun stuff about it.
