It just means that the key they will assign you will only activate a new account plus the DLC.
So, if you have an existing account you won't be able to apply the DLC to it as the key also includes a game license.

Which is it and why does anyone believe either? Anecdotally I know absolutely no one playing this, yet anyone actively playing it swears on all creation that it is a booming success. This seems to be the typical rhetoric for most failed MMOs, which is understandable from a buyer's remorse standpoint, and it is also understandable that MMO publishers have to put out comically inflated numbers to justify the absurd amount of time and money spent on failed garbage, so I guess none of this is actually a mystery to me but it's still dumbfounding all the same.

This isn't a good game. It's a fucking carbon copy MMO clone with a Skyrim skin. You can play games like Vindictus, Black Desert Online, Dragon's Dogma Online and fucking Dark Souls that literally blow this turd out of the water.

I own this game (imperial edition) but never really played it. Can it be funsolo? From what I remember you can somewhat mix and match your skills? Or at least everyone can heal or something, what would be a fun solo class that's not too limited in its capabilites?
I watched a video of this fat chinese guy playing and he just ran around not really doing anything. The mmo has similar bad animations as the other elder scrolls games which i thought was funny

I got it gifted last week and played about 10 hours by myself, it's been pretty fun and immersive imo. I think all the classes can get heals. I've been playing the sorcerer, and besides some tough bosses I've never had a big difficulty playing solo.
