it should be noted that only video is streamable, not audio. For that you need either a aux cable via the headphone port or a bluetooth solder job to your 3DS mainboard. There is a delay between what you see on your streamed device and the 3DS so replacing your screen with a tv to play games is not worth it.

If you can get to homebrew, you can run tell your console to downgrade to 9.2 or lower again. Id just get it to 9.2 then from there follow the guides to get your OTP and install arm9lhx

Yes, the guide will tell you what you can delete as you go through the process.
You can also use multiple cards once you're finished, or backup saves and remove the software when you're done with a certain game.
