METAL GEAR SOLID V: The Phantom Pain

Rocket Robot On Wheels did a lot of interesting physics stuff and had some really neat platforming challenges in 3D space that rivals both Banjo Kazooie and Mario 64.
It made some errors designwise that made it fail to stand out, but it is still one of the best N64 games out there.
