Nobody. His flashbang is too good. Otherwise, a Mei or a Reaper who catch him off guard while his flashbang is on cooldown could get him. A Genji could deflect his shots but, again, his flashbang needs to be on cooldown.
There's clearly a problem when you need to actually aim to kill people at close range with Reaper, and McCree just need to E+M2 at their general direction.

The only reason I play Winston is to watch Offense and Support characters run for their lives. I would be lying if I said I didn't like the sound of Genji being electrocuted.

Did not thought that a fat man of a character would become my favorite. But there is just nothing more satisfying than picking off niggers from the enemy team one by one till there is just no one but the tank left. Not to mention in solo queues his play style is perfect if you ever get roped in with retards.

Two snipers on my team. When I see we have both a Widowmaker and Hanzo on our team I know we're 50% more likely to lose.

Symmetra's turrets should hurt enemies and heal teammates. If they were capable of shooting heals, even a weak heal, she's be compelling. Also, Zennyatta should be able to heal through walls. It's pointless that his heals are so nerfed.
Favorite is probably Turbo Negro.
Just had a match where I danced on the cart for like 3 minutes straight contesting like 10 feet from the final point.
Bonus points for when I am playing with a friend and he plays Mercy so our pub team can't die no matter how hard they try.

Mercy is 100% reliant on having teammates at least in sight to do well, something I absolutely hate.
Rein's kit doesn't feel good to me, even if I do appreciate a good one. He's just dull to play.

Fav is a tie between Widow and Mercy, love them both.
Don't like Roadhog, slow, gives opposing team their ults faster, periodically gets retarded, behind the wall, hooks off that are frustrating and nothing else, really just a low skill character that works against people who don't know to play but is useless on any normal team.
Junkrat, not to a such degree as roadhog, coz he is much more useful but I don't like the 'spam everywhere whithout aming' mechanic that he has.
Bastion, I think he is a really badly designed character. He is literally a turret. He just fucking sits there and can't escape anything that is coming his way, so you have to base your team around protecting him, with shileds, heals and what not, which is still easily dealt with tracer or phara, pointless character imo, can't even imagine myself staying stationary whole game and just clicking at people on screen. Good thing he is rare to see once you get a few levels. Boring and useless.

Not that guy but you get your boost every 5 seconds. So you boost in there and give them a bump and a punch, then you unload. If they run away, keep shooting until they go around a corner and then do it again. It's easier to get kills out of mech because your range increase and people chase you, therefore they running towards your flying peas increasing your dps. That's how i play and it works well from what i can tell.

Fuck Tracer and fuck Hanzo. Zarya against Tracer is hell. Laser can't even hit her.
Also, some Lucios are really annoying. Most are squishy and killable, but every now and then I'll play against a Lucio that seems like he's cheating, and 4 of us will try to 4v1 him and he'll just outheal all of our combined damage and run around between us all for about 15 seconds. That, or my teammates just suck and I'm the only one actually hitting him and it's with my shitty uncharged Zarya beam.

her icicles can't do shit, you have to freeze dva like three goddamn times to make her eject. The only irritating thing Mei can do is throw up a wall or block up, but if dva has her ult she'll just wait until you iceblock and then time her ult so it kills you once you come out.
Mei is a shitty dva counter. Widow is much better because her eject is predictable

Unless there's more to her I don't understand, her role seems dubious when compared to the other tanks. She's good at chasing and ganking squishies like Widowmaker if she spots her alone up on a building or something. Defense Matrix can also save you and your team from an enemy ult if your team is coordinated. Her ult won't kill anyone on a half decent team without synergy with another ult, but can be useful in forcing people off a cap point on certain maps.
The thing is, the other tanks can mostly do those things better. Winston is better at chasing, ganking, and bullying squishies. His ult gives him instant full health and added utility by being able to push people off cap points.
Roadhog can kill people much faster and can straight up interrupt people's ults with his hook. No team positioning required like Defense Matrix.
Reinhardt has way more team utility, and Zarya straight up does way more dmg if you play her properly. Her ult is also godlike.
I don't think D.va is bad. She's fun, but I do think she needs something that makes her stand out more from the other tanks. If I ever pick her, it's because I'm grasping at and looking for reasons to use her over the others.

That's fair. With the way she is right now, I've found that D.Va works best with another tank on the team like a Reinhardt or a Roadhog when playing Defense especially. She's definitely not a substitute for one of the aforementioned tanks, but as >>340072926 stated, she is mostly armor which is good against the likes of Zarya and Winston. Also Rocket Boost + Defense Matrix makes getting up close to/flanking squishies really easy. The real reason she usually doesn't do well as the only tank on the team (on Defense, sometimes on some maps she can be the only Attacking Tank) is cause she's not really a proper "Tank" and works better playing aggressively as a really beefy, mobile squishy hunter/flanker.

in melee range with primary fire make sure you shoot someone in the chest. Also the hook is glitchy. Either it will put someone in front of you and you can basically oneshot him (or leave them at 50 hp). Or it will pull them halfway and they can only lose about 100 hp from your blast.
