SCH isn't as complicated as you think.
Selene is in most cases OK to leave on sic unless you really need to use her party esuna. Leaving on sic, she'll use Fey Wind when it's ready every time.
Eos is best used on obey, but most party compositions won't call for Eos unless you're double SCH or solo healing.
Just leave your fairy alone to do her shit most of the time. using heal macros is more a hassle than not anyways.

Also centurio seals don't really have a use yeah. You can also use them to get doman pieces and level desynth for what that's worth. Books can also be turned in for esoteric upgrade pieces if you're slowly gearing up alt classes or something. For 3.2 I only bothered with heavensward hunts to avoid doing experts.

Centurio seals are also good for quickly gearing new lvl 60s with the old Law tome gear.
But I mostly spend my seals on Aetheryte tickets. Each week I use the daily/weekly HW hunt bills to do the "100 kills" companion challenge log for my chocobo, and that nets around enough seals to buy 99 aetheryte tickets.

Scholars are really easy actually. I have a 60 SCH and honestly the only pet management you do is using Fey Wind every minute and that's it. Otherwise it's simply healing and shielding when the tank's about to get hit by a tankbuster.
War's a joke until level 35+ or so. They're ability to keep hate and be tanky is non-existant, because they are one of the most level and item dependent jobs in the game. It gets much better though.

Don't do this though. You need 6 mark logs (i.e. 3000 seals) to upgrade ONE piece of eso gear. or 4 mark logs (2000 seals) for 1 accessory. Just farm Void Ark if you want i210 stuff, the Mhachi Farthing drops every time and you can upgrade weapons with it too.

It really, really isn't.
Selene has 3 skills. a party esuna, a silence, and a party haste.
There are pros and cons to both being on sic and obey.
Sic
Pros: Don't have to pay attention to Fey wind upkeep. The silence on sic is instant and works against shit people wouldn't think to silence. Party esuna keeps you from having to worry about some status effects yourself
Cons: Party Esuna goes off on the first debuff that applies to someone, even if that Debuff can't be cleansed.
Obey
Pros: Party Esuna can be used at your own discretion for cleansing raid wide debuffs that can actually be dispelled. if 2 SCHs are on the team they can weave their fey winds and have 0 downtime on the buff.
cons: Manual usage of the silence is kind of shit. SCH shouldn't be expected to silence anyways. It can also be easy to forget to fey wind if you aren't paying attention.
The only other thing is fairy position but that's optional and mostly to keep her in a spot where her healing can reach people regardless of where they are (For the robot phase of A8 for example, I put selene on one side of the map so her heals reach the offtank)

I've gotten 220k just this week. My FC has also put up the +10% MGP company action so I get shit like this.
If you are autistic enough to grind chocobo racing, completing all the chocobo challenge races will net you about 450k MGP on its own. It will be even easier in 3.3 because they're reducing the time for breeding chocobos from 6 hours to 30 minutes. Racing chocobos at max level is also a good way to get MGP on its own because winning a race in the highest bracket is 1000mgp right there, and they only take a few minutes.
I already have Fenrir, Adamantoise, all the music, all the minions, all the hairstyles, all the purchasable TT cards (except Cloud), and currently have 920k saving up for the Cloud card. Not to mention I've sunk about 500-600k into gold card packs trying to get Zidane.

Miasma 2 is a total potency of 70 per target, so really you should be keeping it up all the time as long as there's 3+ targets, but I don't really bother unless it's 4+, and blizzard is about 200 potency on 4 targets, so if it's 4 or more then it beats broil, unless you have to run out of aoes too much and your dps gets fucked.

To complete every challenge you will probably need a pedigree 9 chocobo (the highest) which necessitates grinding up lower level chocobos to level 40, then retiring them and breeding them to improve their pedigree level. So you start out at pedigree 1, grind to level 40, breed, which gets you a pedigree 2. Repeat with the pedigree 2 to get pedigree 3, etc.

Nearly two years later, they're finally working on addressing it all with apartments, but that's still $40 paywall to just have something akin to a FC room (which will have restricted gardening vases by that point in time, due to no cross-breeding)

I like this game, but it has some seriously fucking DUMB design choices. Like fucking basic shit and they fuck it up. DRG (Lancer) changed drastically, now has buff that gives 30% more dmg on jumps, 4th combo strike (with random positional req) which extends buff itself when you hit with it and oGCD aoe attacks which reduces duration of said buff. So instead of just going through your combos, you also should plan managing this buff.
SMN was buffed, I suppose? Does good damage now, but I didn't play in 2.0 that much.
For new jobs - DRK is tank with lots of oGCD skills, serious focus on mana management with Dark Arts enhancing different skills and overall better at tanking something doing huge magic damage. You may like it if you thought 2 other tanks were boring (and I think they both were absolutely horrible at 50), but not if you didn't like tanking completely.
MCH is kinda "support" ranged guy, which deals his damage in burst series at different time points. You use bunch of cooldowns together, then wait for (some of) them reapplying DoT, self damage buff and doing damage with "combo" shots, but they have 50% chance to proc from previous and you hold them even if you didn't combo them, so they aren't actual combos, but somwhere near it. It also gains Gaus Barrel at level 52, which adds short casttime to skills, removes AA and enables some other skills. Your procs from @combo@ don't have casttime however and instant even in GB, you also have skill that makes 3 next skills instant and with 1.5s gcd. Class deals huge damage itself and has ton's of utility for groups (like 10% phys damage buff for 30s every 2 min, TP/MP regen, ranged ogcd heavy with low cd).

I know but I shouldnt need it in the first place is the thing. And maybe I was using a bad one, but the macro I used essentially switched the buttons around depending on which stance button I hit. For whatever reason, sometimes I would need to hit it 2 or 3 times to work. Not a good thing when I'm trying to switch to a DPS stance during a period where the boss isnt going to be doing much and I need to fit some cleaves in.
How is the PLD/WAR/DRK dynamic right now? Will there be any changes in 3.3?
I haven't played in awhile, but I remember WAR being way better than everything else at the start of HW.

I don't get this logic. There's nothing to spend gil on in the game except player trades. There are no gil sinks except repairs, which are pretty cheap if you just stock up on dark matter 6.

Yeah my macro works the same way. The only time it doesn't really work is if I press it too quickly after using a skill and stance doesn't switch, but the button change. I also have different buttons for each stance so the macros don't get so complicated.
