Why do people even think those are viable changes at all? Fan the hammer is bread and butter of the character obviously they're not going to put a cooldown on it, it wouldn't make any sense for the character's role.
And why would roll not reload peacemaker? If roll didn't reload his gun it would literally serve no purpose at all because it doesn't do anything else. It covers the same distance as him walking with 1 or 2 extra steps so it has no mobility. It doesn't give any invul frames. It doesn't change his hitbox during the roll. It doesn't do ANYTHING.
You could completely remove the roll aspect of the ability and just have it as a button that instantly reloads your gun and nothing at all would have changed because that's the only function it does.

McCree spam counters tanks, widow counters McCree. At lower tiers of play Widow is meh and McCree crushes, but trying to run more than 1 or 2 once Widows start consistently headshotting slow targets and you'll just stack up deaths.
He is a bit overtuned for pubbing atm though, I'd probably decrease Fan fire rate slightly and add a 0.5s delay when he tries to throw flashbang. Maybe tighten up its aoe too.
He has to keep his tank killing ability to stop the bullshit that is tank spam + lucio though.

I can't agree with any widowmaker nerfs, running more than 1 almost always guarantees a loss. She's unfun to play against if she's any good, but there are several characters that absolutely counter the shit out of her, and they tend to occupy each other countersniping.
McCree's fan is the biggest issue, I think it should just have a slower fire rate. Remove flashbangs damage and increase his revolver single shot damage by 5 so he can still flashbang -> headshot. His playstyle really should be around accurate headshots, not spamming.

As a sniper she has zero downsides and focuses the entire match around her if you are any decent at all. Left unchecked and you can wipe entire teams in 5 seconds. Hell even her counters can get fucked by her because map-design dictates that she will always have a chokepoint to protect her that faces her killbox. She's got too much of everything. Damage, Rate of fire, an escape tool, strong as all fuck primary guy and for some retarded reason a fantastic secondary that does more damage than soldiers, a Mine that indicates if someone triggers it or destroys it so she can easily know a threat is coming, 150 bodyshots at a 1.5 second charge time in a game where 80% of the cast only have 200 HP that can easily be followed up with a 25% charge shot for an additional 50. And to top this shit-sundae off they decided to give a sniper of all things wallhack, but not just her, her entire team gets it, its barely announced to the enemy team based on distance and to really bring it home it doesn't stop when she dies.
She is far and away the most busted in terms of design. The only catch is you have to be good to elevate her to these levels so most lower level players think she's fine. Wait until you play against CS:GO widows who pop winstons mid-air and then chunk them down with their rifle.

i've just been spamming him and learning when to use either attack. having to lead so far ahead on his primary throws me off sometimes. i usually right click when my target is moving sporadically and finish them with dash, and use left click when I can read exactly where they're going to go. if you can ensure all 3 shurikens will hit with right click, then use that at close range since the firerate is fast as fuck on it

Getting a gold medal in a category means you performed the best at that category in your entire team. Healers are practically guaranteed at least a single gold medal because amount of health healed is a category in being awarded gold medals.
Amount of time with your ass spent on the objective, amount of enemies you killed while attacking/defending an objective, total damage you dealt that round, and amount of enemies "killed"(read: "got some damage on", even if you didn't get the last blow it'll still count as a kill for you and gets added to the score) are the other categories. Amount of times you died isn't one of them, so you can die as many times as you like.
