While they are in the best financial shape they have ever been right now, Cyberpunk will be a costly endeavor and while it is probably the most hyped game nobody really knows anything about, it's still not a guaranteed success. In fact if it crashes it will be a much harder crash than usual considering the current expectations. One bad marketing move and the whole investment can evaporate.
Considering the preproduction for the game coming after CP will have to start soon (this year already most likely) they will have to take the economic realities into the account and I think that going into another new franchise right after CP (or a sequel to CP) wouldn't be a safe investment for them.

The best strat I found when dealing with the bat attack was to save stamina for it and get as far away from him as possible. Quen is basically a health buffer. It'll absorb X amount of damage, but will always block at least one hit. So even if it's a 200 hp shield, if you get hit for 1000 dmg it'll block that hit and pop. I just tested it out and did a quick search online. Looks like it doesn't do anything to their loot or XP, unlike new game+, which does scale XP gain up. I'm likely going to have to bash my head against some of these quests and markers until I find some that I can muddle my way through. Unless, that is, these last few (I'm assuming I'm nearing the climax, as I'm about to go to where Ciri is hiding) quests somehow give me enough XP to at least reach 30.
