1 is a well paced, solid horror/sci-fi game and features a great setting
it has vibes from alien, the thing and event horizon
it's just an alround great title
wasn't a fan of its sequels, but they're all solid games based on their own merits

3 is fun as a multiplayer game. The way they did thedifferent way each player experiences the gamewas fun. Also, cute little robot that collects materials. Never played 2.

If you are gonna play Dead Space 2, be ready for overpowered pre-order weapons that makes the game a fucking cakewalk. It really sucks because it completely kills the scavenging aspect of the game. Other than that you will have a great time, but it was fairly obvious that they started to casualize the series during Deadspace 2. Don't play or buy Dead Space 3.
