Why does Capcom neglect all it's non-SF fighting franchises?
Doesn't it make sense to diversify?
I don't know, ask Sega :/
>Implying SF hasn't been neglected since Alpha
They've been pumping out games sure, but nothing worth playing.

3, 4 and 5 are all good in their own right.
Because they don't sell.

no one buys anything but SF and crossovers

Fighting games need a lot of attention by the developers these days.
Stuff like balancing and updates to maintain interest
Also it's now a niche genre
Capcom doesn't care unless it's something they can easily milk annually with minimal effort and changes
See: Monster Hunter
Better times.

They would over saturate their own market again

3 had good sprite art going for it and nothing else. Everything since has had terrible graphics, so that's not even in its favour.

To imply movement

Yeah, no fuck you.
2nd Impact and 3rd Strike are phenomenal.
Honestly, all the mainline Street Fighters are good.

Are you seriously implying that the alpha series is better that 3, 4, and 5?
>>339961972
The first one sucked.
