Hearthstone is like 20 packs or something and if you didnt get a legendary 1-19 its 100% on 20.
It resets ALWAYS back to what it is at 1 the second you get a legendary.
Overwatch seems the same.

Aren't the box drops rigged to where statistics like this are an inaccurate measurement? Like there's a 100% chance to get a "rare" I'm pretty sure as I've never opened a box that wasn't at least 3 whites and a blue. Three whites and a blue seems to be the standard.
