The framerate is actually pretty stable.
The textures, models and lighting are horrible even for ps360 standards.
But yeah the trailers they showed for Zelda U were bullshots, you could clearly already see this when they showed the offscreen gameplay the environment models were nowhere near the quality of what they showed in trailers and the textures were blurry ass fuck.
