I was 1 - 30 Fighter, +31 Assasin. Swords are good for taking a lot of enemies at the same time, but daggers are kings, they just kill everything

The problem is that pawns learn with the player character, meaning that if you're a mage who runs away all the time your warrior pawn starts doing the same and complete fuckery ensues when I'm trying to cast away from the enemies and the goddamn bastard runs back to me instead of tanking enemies a bit ahead.

They actually learn from each other as well. So if you have three decent pawns they actually start working together. Casting the same spells together to shorten cast times, fighters holding down enemies for striders to shank and what not.

I used to love MH, bought the first one on ps2 release day, and after playing DD for a while, I tried going back to MH, and it just didn't do it for me anymore.
I want a fucking open-world MH game with all the different environmental zones and a bunch of villages/towns, DD's combat (albeit tweaked for the better) and you actually get to go out and hunt those fuckers
