Honestly Tracer's rare skins kind of blow. The black/green one is better than most of them, except maybe T. Racer.
Mercy's cobalt skin is great. Don't have the legendaries but if If I unlock them I'll switch between them and cobalt. All her skins are pretty great desu

There should be a way to just quickly open them on the side of the screen while looking at the play of the game, or during skirmish/waiting for the round to start. No big box opening or anything, just a quick list of what you got in text form
