That was maximum compression, plus I had to reduce the screen size to 2/3rds, trim off some of the front and back, and speed up the video more than I would have liked to so that the length would be shorter.

It's an exploit to get the secret maxed out difficulty that you normally can't use in the game
The person who discovered this trick hacked in a black hat to represent the max difficulty, but it's not normally there

I found the video it's from and the description says it's actually in the game and can be accessed normally.
>EDIT: Good news everyone, for those that have the game you can actually enjoy this difficulty yourselves! To get the Black Hat difficulty (level 16), press the right trigger (R3) while tilting it downward while selecting "Single Play" and don't release it until the DJ table starts spinning. After you hear the vinyl scratch, you can release the button. As soon as the level starts, you'll notice the increase in difficulty.
