Alright, here are just a few reasons as to why this isn't connected beyond From referencing a past game. (something they do frequently.)

The Doll's dialogue changes, she was the first to react to gestures, and she moved around, slept like a cute, prayed. She was interesting, motherly. Really liked her. Somehow twink ended up my main, so figured, why not. On the plus side, means I have a tip top twink for boss trashing/gank spanking. Really, only Kos and Luddywhip were the super hard parts. Everything else just made the game more 'horror-like,' knowing how quick I could check out. All in all had fun, but fuck Kos Tbh.

if it wanted that, it wouldn't allow you to leave the Dream until every Great One was dead. You wouldn't be able to finish the game unless Amygdala, the Orphan of Kos, Ebrietas, and the Celestial Emissary were all killed. But this isn't the case, it considers your "contract" fulfilled even if these 4 are still breathing -- and they're all confirmed Great Ones, check your trophies.
