There is now magic wands, dual wielding, full voiceacting, some additional quests and changes around the ending, though I doubt that this is enough to justify a 4th playthrough.

It was never a boardgame because the mechanics of the vidya cannot be converted to a board. Such as invisibility and simultaneous actions.
It's a RPG because you have a lot of freedom to roleplay within the constraints of the game's mechanics.

Nigger I loved Div:OS but Shadowrun 1&2 and especially Underrail are miles and miles above it. Underrail is legit on par with the biggest RPGs of all time like Arcanum or Fallout.
