Thats a neat idea but ultimately it would end up upsetting the balance of the game unless every character gets a synergy with other characters. Otherwise every group would always run those two heroes you propose.

That. You wouldn't have to play with the other twin, but you'd be more effective if you did. One twin is offence with an aoe attack ult. The other twin can be support for heals/buff. If both are playing together on the same team the ult will only work in close proximity of the other for when both are fully charged. The ult could be something yin/yang related I dunno. It would be a unique playstyle I think (when done properly).
