I think Big Rigs is probably the fastest in terms of numerically how fast you can go some metric, but it doesn't capture the feel of FAST like Ballistics does.

I just think it's funny how Big Rigs is probably the fastest you can move in a published game thanks to how awful the coding is.You can also thank that coding for the lack of music, actually.
