I think that by now if you still play Warframe you're actually retarded.
The developers constantly hide behind the excuse that it's just a beta despite being playable for years and tricking people into buying hundreds of dollars worth of prime access. On top of that they refuse to do any actual game balance so that 90% of the weapons you get aren't mastery fodder that require 7 forma to be as strong as the good weapons are by default. All the levels in the solar system are pointless filler without any rewards unless you start doing sorties or grinding in the void. And the mod system is still a totally inflexible/cookie cutter grind wall that prevents new players from being able to do higher level areas.
Most guns just don't function without split chamber and max serration/heavy impact and you can't rely on elemental procs like magnetic/corrosive/viral as a crutch unless you have moderatly rare element/status mods. Each one gives 45-60% extra status effect chance and without using those the maximum you can get is 12.5% and that's absolutely nothing even on weapons like the Nukor or Glaxion.

Quit months ago and I don't regret it (was rank 21). It's a grindy game that gets stale after a while, especially when you realise that the devs do nothing but add unbalanced shitty weapons/frames to the game.

shatter shield can reduce damage by like 95% when modded right and with the augment it can stagger with the reflected damage.
