Can I just ask the mindset of doing this to your Skyrim game? Like, do you mainly put all the porn mods in, boot up, wack off, and close it? Or is it just like, you want to play it normally, but with the endorphin rush of seeing huge tits everywhere? Skyrim is mediocre overall, so it has amazing mods.
Fallout 4 is ass and is already showing signs for amazing mods, probably better than Skyrim by a decent margin.

My favourite one in Skyrim is the Combat Overhaul mod, completely changes up combat. You and Humanoid enemies die in 1-3 hits, even with Arrows so the combat changes up completely. The only real downside is that Dragon attacks are pathetic since the Town guards can down it in 10-15 arrows.

I like to roleplay with my character so I like to add all the good essential mods for gameplay (a good portion of them are realism-focused) and porn mods. The only porn mod I really have is 0Sex (I think that is what it is called) and then I also have body mods. 0Sex, even in its simple early stages, is a lot better than SexLab imo. However when I used to use SexLab a while back I had a lot more submods for that, like combat rape or prostitution, so I didn't play the actual game as much as I do now with just 0Sex -- it was more wack off & close the game
Now I just roleplay my character through the actual game until there is an reasonable time and place for sex. For example, right now my character is a Stormcloak soldier (hence why she has a short undercut right now) and I had the mission to get documents from an Imperial soldier -- so seducing him would be a reason to have sex (pic related -- as you can see I like getting my character really dirty like a travel-worn soldier)
Since I like my game to be more realism-based so I don't have any skimpy armor mods for all NPCs -- I made Lydia my skimpy slave though and it's nice when I have an excuse to make my character naked and see some boobies too
Usually while I'm playing now I don't really wack off until I get to sex, but this is probably because I don't put my character in very slutty outfits, I like playing with Frostfall so my character is usually bundled up. Sometimes I play one-handed when auto-running or doing stuff in menus though. I might use more skimpy armor once my character progresses past being a lowly-soldier and maybe becomes a powerful vampire or something.
In short, I'd say my gameplay is 70% playing and 30% sex

I am by no means a pro at modding and I'm pretty vanilla with what I want in my Skyrim, but I have been modding Skyrim for a very long time and have gone through the uninstall/reinstall cycle very many times, so I could probably write a basic guide on pastebin or whatever. It has more to do with effort vs reward, skyrim is a decent game if you have endless amounts of time to play around with mods. I should try to do more butt shots though. It's hard to prioritize the butt when you have three things in the front to see (face, breasts,penis) while in the back there's just the butt. It can be angled so there'spenisand side-boob but it's hard to feel like it's a shot worth taking.

Modding doesn't work like that. A mod pack also defeats the purpose of one of the best parts of modding. That part being that you're free to pick and choose specifically everything you want and don't want in your game.

You know what I would like for skyrim? A mod that makes it so you can switch between multiple pc characters. I find by the time I get a character all set up that I am drained of all inspiration to play the character I set out to play it as and instead use a bow or hammer or whatever the fuck finds my fancy at the moment. If I could just make a few characters and have the ones that I wasn't playing as be my npcs instead, I would have way more fun since it would become about managing multiple characters.

I've gotten her significantly bigger than what player.setscale 10 in the console allows. You can actually stack the growth from the mod with the setscale command if you make her bigger first.
Basically the way it works if you have a handful of size altering spells, the most important ones for being a giantess being Absorb Size, Mass Absorb Size (explosion AoE of Absorb Size) Grow, and Restore Size.
Restore Size brings you back to your "default" height, but you retain all of the size you gained from Absorb Size, you can get back to your maximum height by using Grow again. Basically this allows you to choose how to handle things, and lets you still be able to go inside buildings or play "normally" if you need to. I think it's a very fun mod.
Absorb Size spells steal size from the target adding it to your maximum height while shrinking them and dealing damage at the same time. If it kills them you get fraction of their stats. Growing makes you stronger, most noticeably in terms of health. Coupled with mods like Player Size Adjuster and Customizable Camera, she actually moves faster and jumps higher the bigger she is, and you can get the camera zoomed out enough to where it's still possible to see her entire body while running around in 3rd person. The perspective of being really huge running around Skyrim with even trees being smaller than you is very enjoyable.
When I was testing the mod out just to see what it was capable of, I got her to like, twice the size of the entire High Hrothgar mountain. Laying down her erect penis would almost go as high as the mountain did.
