It's all the same shit, with Kratos wanting to kill everyone with the same basic combos.
Every new iteration hardly adds anything new to the table making the entire series feelings all the same, which isn't a good thing cuz the combat is pretty mindless.

They're all very well made games
1 is like the equivalent of the first Devil May Cry game
2 is an extremely well-paced action adventure game with great bosses but the combat is still a little basic
3 is amazing, great combat, great puzzles, great everything
