This game is a technical masterpiece. How many games this big run at 60 fps on consoles? The PC port is excellent too.
Why can't all developers put this much effort into optimization?
They blew the chapter 3 budget on graphics and as a result, it's the worst game in the franchise.

Good for you and me both :) it's good for its price but it's not a high end graphics card.
