Frank is the SP character but there's 4P Co-Op with Frank, Nick, Chuck and Annie. Photos are back. Shitloads of cosplay items. Unreal 4 so engine isn't fucking asshole. They did take all the bad feedback on DR3.
Only bad news is UWP exclusive on PC.
