He probably was still irritated over people bugging him about that whole GG thing. Despite the fact he's always said that he refuses to publicly discuss his political, religious and social views, people on YT and Twitter from both sides kept hassling him for ages trying to get him on their side for whatever reason (There were quite a few nasty threads about him on here thanks to that). He kept telling them all to fuck off and saying he wasn't getting involved , but they didn't ease up for ages, so I can understand why he'd have a sour view of those types.

That makes no sense. DOAX being banned on Twitch means nothing to the Patreon campaign. Twitch and Patreon have nothing to do with each other.
He's not reviewing DOAX3 because he's got better games to review. Pure and simple. Mark spends the vast majority of his time reviewing OLD games, not new ones, anyway. Outside of Estival Versus, I'm having a hard time thinking of a new game (meaning a game which came out within the past calendar year) he's reviewed in the past three months.
He only made a handful of #whodefeatz vids, they were deliberately shitty as an "in-joke" (his exact words when he released the first one) on the current state of YT game videos. He said recently he's probably not going to make any more (and if he does, they'll be hidden videos for backers).
And he has no need to inflate his video numbers, seeing how he's already doing like five actual reviews a week (plus Q&As, bonus videos, the podcast, etc.).
He has actually made it pretty clear (in one of the podcasts, IIRC) that he's not on board with the whole over-sensitive PC/SJW bullshit. He just doesn't get into over politics because it's not what he's about. If he were really in the SJW camp, he wouldn't have had given an overwhelmingly positive review of Estival Versus (he did note that it could be embarrassing to be seen playing it by normals, but that's unfortunately true).
Sounds to me like you're just butthurt that a small fraction of his content is no longer free.
