Theres no specific order to play the main story missions in. Just make sure to do girls heart mussions last. Only Ultima ninja arts will completely strip but you can use combinations of both to strip the top and bottom. Yang mode is pretty much the go to when you run out of health in flash as it restores your hp. Yin is only if youre a cool guy. Though leveling flash, yin, and yang give them bonuses. For example lvl 3 yang gives you an exp boost and I think more currency whenever youre using it.

Yin is Frantic, right? If you're pretty confident that you won't get hit and want to get a good time for an A, try frantic. If you just want to clear the mission, transforming normally is safer.

I sincerely doubt that you can. A game would require coding to be compatible with a controller. Even if you did somehow hack a computer to accept controller inputs as mouse inputs, there would be issues with stuff like menus.
PC games use a cursor to navigate menus and for general gameplay. In console games, you navigate menus by using the sticks highlight options (it's like when you press the TAB button, kind of).

Not literally every game is controller compatible of course. Senran is though, and all you have to do is set up an xinput emulator to get any controller working for it. In fact with a little work you could probably get the mouse axis to work as the right stick and get camera controls that way.

it's been fun! I think in terms of combat style Ikaruga's mid-short range and agility works best for me.
