The legendaries on that list are Nomad, Young Master, Yeti Hunter, Raptorion, Mechaqueen, El Blanco, Stonehardt, Blackbeard, Explorer, Huntress, Arctic, Siberian Front, and Ifrit.
So, pick which goes with the heroes you like best.
But by my money, I haven't found legendaries worth spending credits on. I'd rather buy highlight intros, emotes, and non-legendary skins. Once I have enough of those, I'll start saving... but by that time I'll probably have found most of the legendaries I want anyway.
That said, I keep getting shitty ones for heroes I never use. (Or shitty ones for heroes that I always use, but I still don't use the skin because it's shitty)

Every time you level up you get one (1) loot crate. You can also buy more if you are mentally disabled.
The crates will contain items, sometimes credits. If you get a duplicate of an item you already have you get some gold in its place. Doesn't take long to buy most things, but Legendary skins like that McCree skin are breddy expensive. You'll find 5-6 legendary skins, luck permitting, in the time it takes to save up that much - maybe one will be the one you're after.

Reinhardt is the easiest tank to comprehend and play as. I prefer Winston because he counters sniping assholes, Bjorn, and Tracer. Luckily Luckily I got his Explorer skin in a loot box.
But Reinhardt truly is alot of fun, he's the best at completely stopping an enemy advance with his ultimate and charge.
