This game has been woefully underappreciated for 18 years. Now it's been ported to PS4 and Vita, and there still aren't enough people talking about it.
Check it out if you like fighting games, chances are you'll wonder how on earth you missed this gem.

Kinda had my time with the game on dreamcast and GGPO. I heard the PS4/Vita port was pretty shitty too.

It doesn't have the loading issues. I've heard people complain about the graphics, but I only have the emulator to compare it to, so I didn't notice anything wrong. Haven't tried the online yet desu.
Other than that, the ports have everything you'd expect from a home version; training mode, command lists, etc. It also includes instructions on unlocking EX mode and hidden characters.
Anyone else ever main Power Shigen? When he gets some momentum and you get in your opponent's head, it's like playing as a moving walll.
