How do I git gud?
just be a wonderful one, bro

Watch the tutorials on YouTube, honestly. I'd probably the most faceted and complex battle system I've ever seen, you need to take time to learn it, it hands nothing to you

Listen to audio queues. Not everything will fit on the screen, but they sure as shit will still attack you. I know for a fact there is one mission where these fucks are way out of vision range but you can still hear that noise they make before they fire off a ball.

#98 here, though I remember the Wonderful One (Wonder Measure) more than the number funnily enough
>>339572016
what >>339573053 is right, you gotta be on the listen for a lot of things, where the camera fails the audio can just barely save you, the attacks all have distinct noises and whatnot when they fire projectiles/lasers

>kamiya embraces the shitposting
what a based motherfucker.
>>339572016
buy the fucking pudding skill
>>339574028
This, holy FUCK.
Other things include:
>the size of your wonder liner affects things like power and speed- think about crowd control, don't just draw as much as you can
>every unite power has a use
>USE THE FUCKING A.I AUTOCOMBO OR WHATEVER IT'S CALLED WHEN YOU WONDER-LINE AND THE A.I FINISHES THE COMBO FOR YOU HOLY SHIT ITS USEFUL
>stack powers: never use just fist or just gun
>get the dodge and pudding powers immediately.

People bitch about how they can't defeat the tank it's like they didn't hit the shop before starting the mission, checking out the catalog for new moves and reading the fucking description on the damn pudding "Gee this sounds like a useful ability, I should buy it!"
>>339576692
you even start with enough fucking money to buy it straight off
>>339576794
Heck not only a description but a full video reel showing said move in action if I recall. Also I think it was one of the only things in the shop when your first start.
The final mission is easily one of the most exciting things I have ever experienced in a video game.
The only thing that tops it is playing Afterburner Climax in an actual rotating cab.

It's just weird that Clover/Plat makes you purchase what would be basic moves in other games, even if it is cheap. Certain buttons on your controller literally have no purpose until you purchase the ability. It's something I've had to get used to from Viewtiful Joe through to W101. Most games these days don't present critical moves as a random shop item.
How do we get Wonderful 102, bros?
