Because retards don't understand that you can't attribute the success of a game to a single person, so when that person gets elevated to position with no "leash" we find out the hard way that their unrestricted ideas are crap.

I've never played a lucas arts adventure game, let alone a point-and-click adventure game. Where should I start? Are guides necessary or are most of the good ones simple enough to figure out on my own? I don't like using guides but I've heard these games get pretty sadistic.
