The marketing for this game was fuck all. Like I know that /v/ gets rightfully annoyed with too much money being funneled into marketing but there was no marketing at all for Battleborn. Only this week I found out that the game is a FPS game with Dota/Moba/ARTS elements.
That and explicitly going head to head with a Blizzard game is absolutely bananas. There's a reason why a lot of games avoid releasing in the same release window as Call of Duty.

Not possible, that is not even remotely how Steam played time works. Your client records your play time and uploads it to Steam every 10 minutes or every time your game closes. Gearbox servers have no control over Steam played time in any form whatsoever.

Rent A Center prays on the mentally handicapped, the old and the desperate. The only good deals in the store are Washers/Dryers and phones. Tv's can often be found at a fair enough price when they go on sale, but they are hard to get a hold off since we market them to existing customers over the phone.
Consoles were straight up terrible, though. Some came back with fluids, random scratches, shitloads of personal information loaded up on them and shit like that. One time we got one covered in MLP stickers.

In the first game, playing as sniper with primarily revolvers and sniper rifles isfun. The revolvers had very strange but varied types (like mashers for short range or powerful slower ones for mid range), and fire elemental snipers were hilarious to shoot people with. It certainly balanced out the problems with the game for me until it reaches that point where enemies ALL start level scaling (which is stupid as fuck, the whole point of allowing levels is so you can get stronger than them if you really need to).

That's not made up, it's a real issue. My computer has a very quiet case and 6 fans, it never went crazy hot.
Then I played DS3 and my computer started boiling, speccy showed it reaching almost 80c on the CPU and the computer made noises it never had before.
DS3 is fucked, something went very wrong there. Witcher 3 doesn't take anywhere near as much consumption.
