I don't think this was too bad. I enjoyed playing and understanding the way the artificial intelligences "interacted" with each other. The puzzles were kinda fun too

Sunset Overdrives greatest strength was the actual game part of the game, I don't know how any game with fun gameplay can be called pretentious considering the most important aspect that defines a game is gameplay.
