It's good to see PS4 is mindful of people's health.
There's been a rise of eye cancer because of people trying to perceive frames above what the human eye can see.
It is mostly because because Fallout runs one a shit engine though.

CPU limitation. The PS4 frame time line is perfectly smooth where the Xbox sees constant stuttering. The game isn't coded properly for the PS4 CPU and barely acceptable on the Xbox One. Clearly they optimized for the Xbox One and could barely make that passable

Nvidia and their tessellated lighting adding load on to the GPU which causes more load on the CPU. Bethesda need to really iron out load issues. That is just plain unacceptable
