Dead angling is the act of attacking around a shield whilst standing in front of it, using a weapon with a sweeping moveset and positioning yourself so the weapon arcs in at such an angle (the dead angle, if you will) that it bypasses the shield. He's not using a shield, so you're not dead angling.

Dead angling is far more of a Dark Souls term than anything else. Yeah it has a FGC equivalent in crossups, but even then technically speaking it's not the same phenomenon and people in the FGC say "crossup" not "dead angle". And in Dark Souls what dead angling meant was unlocked sweeping attacks that circumvent shields. If you really think the unlocked sweeping attacks circumventing parrying instead of blocking is enough of a reason not to use a well established term that describes a 90% visually similar technique then you're just being an autist.

As far as PvP goes, I'm sure you can bring whatever you want and do well in premades, so long as the players on your team are good. I've never made a serious attempt to go for a rank in Vanilla, but in WoD I played a Windwalker Monk (considered one of the most inviable specs for RBGs) to top 200 on the ladder. We played with a completely retarded spec that none of the top teams would ever consider running, and we competed with them and beat these teams nearly half the time. They're different periods in WoW and massively different, but you cucks who cry about balance in any period in WoW act like it's an end all be all thing when it's not. You can literally play whatever the fuck you want to any level in both PvE and PvP, you just need to not suck dick and play with good players.
Vanilla having bad class balance is just a meme. It wasn't even close to as bad as people like you make it out to be.

The Aron (the level 1 Pokemon) has an ability called Sturdy which leaves it at 1HP if it would be killed by one attack while at full HP. Endeavor brings the opponent to whatever your HP is, so it makes the opponent go to 1HP as well. The Aron is holding a Shell Bell which restores its HP based on 1/16 of the damage it did to the opponent. Since these enemies have a lot of HP, it'll bring it back to 12HP.
