Please stop this meme. It's never been used outside of marketing material, and the requisites for it are both vague, and just genuinely stupid. They used it so some of the people complaining about not being at the caliber of Chief would shut their trap.
If we were to run with this Hyper Lethal bullshit then several other Spartan II's would share the same classification. And literally every SII could be used as an assassin, with some of the more select SIII's being capable of the same status. People keep trying to use it as justification for 6's importance when they don't need to. He's enough of a BAMF on his own. That "Hyper Lethal" title is heavily misplaced because it excludes several other characters who could claim it just fine. Linda was capable of stupidly insane feats, being noted multiple times, even by Chief, as probably being the most self sufficient Spartan II around. Fred was referred by Chief as basically just being a better Chief. He only came in 2nd place in most classes because he didn't want the attention. Kurt was basically just Chief but all around better. Grey team had a Spartan just take on a grunt army using a Mongoose as a weapon... the list goes on.
tl;dr - "Hyper Lethal" is fucking dumb. Stop using it to justify shit for an already cool character.
