I get so pissed at Roadhog playing as or against, cause of this gargantuan inconsistency.

Except he doesn't because he has the best escape in the game and the best movement ability in the game to get in people's faces. Reaper is an unbalanced mess of a character. He doesn't need 275 health. He doesn't need to dish out 140 damage per half second. He doesn't need an ult that kills everyone in less than a second which cannot be reflected by Genji even though they are projectile bullets. He does not need invincibility during his teleport startup and end. He does not need to be able to pick up health while invincible.
But he can because Overwatch is a mess and he has no absolute direct counter. He needs a team to be taken down which instantly places him in an advantageous position on any team.

Lucio has crazy mobility if you learn how to climb walls with him. He can also help take out enemies. He can skate on enemies heads and confuse the fuck out of them. And the knockback alt fire is great when a roadhog chains you or when a short range character is too close. Not to mention environmental kills on almost every map.

Faster Movement Speed, or a cooldown movement skill that lets him pass through walls. His shit mobility is the only reason he's inferior to lucio and mercy. His ranged damage potential is supposed to offset this, but you'd be better off taking any non-tank in your team and switching them to Soldier 76 and playing mercy.
His niche is supposed to be that he's a more offensive support, so you play him when your damage output is kind of low, or lacking in range.
Just needs to move faster, or have a cooldown skill that lets him go up higher (he's flying already,) or pass through walls for a short time.

As a mostly offensive player I find level 2 turrets to be insanely OP. Shit fires instantly at ANYTHING with LoS, making it impossible to flank unless it's already firing at somebody else.
His main weapon also deals far more damage than a builder's should, and its range, damage, and mag size combined make him the best character (other than Junkrat) for getting consistent 60-70% blindfire kills even without a turret.

I'm not sure. I've been a highly commended, highly awarded Winston a few times and even then it just felt like I minorly contributed to a high percentage of kills. Only time I ever felt useful was when I used my ult to keep people away from the payload while the overtime meter ticked down.
