It will probably be decent, a 6/10 experience, but ultimately forgettable. The game completely stands and falls on its writing and from what we've seen thus far it's not especially good.

They're probaly delaying it because they played undertale and their dialog wasn't as FUNNY or QUIRKY or WITTY, so they're actually re-writing the whole script so they make it funnier
The fun part is how everyone on the team seems to be an equal part. And as a result, the artists and idea guys get to jerk off to themselves and even make phony deadlines before a dazeled autistic audience. Meanwhile, the real developers work quietly and slowly in the background as they tolerate all of the shit that goes on around them.

It'll probably bemediocre. I can see the art looks good, but the writing is what really matters, and I'm less convinced that it'll live up to the rest of the series. I'd be surprised if they somehow managed to fuck up the gameplay as well, all you need to do is update Mother 3's a bit and you're set.
