You can, there's not really any set order to when it's supposed to be played outside of the level requirement. Although if you want to get technical, HoS is probably supposed to be played during the game, and B&W either right before the end or after you beat the game.

I'm really stoked for that since Deus Ex is pretty much the only other worthwhile franchise of the genre. The thought of CDPR amount of quality content in a gritty cyberpunk universe with multiple classes gets me moist.
I just wonder how long until it's going to be released, since it seems they haven't worked that much on it with mixed reports.
I think I might just replay the whole game with this new UI and settings before tackling Blood & Wine.
