First one is alright.
Second one is basically a full budget B-movie that loosely takes place somewhere based off of Silent Hill while also stealing characters and changing them for mass appeal.
It's particularly bad because you can tell the the designers had at least half an idea about SH3, they just ignored it.
The Heather is also clearly too old for her character.
It still has Sean Bean in it though I guess.
