When I play Mercy I'm healing my entire team, and either my teammates somehow kill themselves one by one, or I'm first to die because no one tries to protect me. When the enemy has a Mercy, we wipe their team and she rezzes at least 3. There's many times when I'm the only one to run back.
Also, I've never seen that fucker Zenyatta heal outside of his ult. I dread having his useless fucking ass on my team, which has been constant as of late. They're more worried about shooting their balls around.

A Tracer bullet that normally does 6 damage will do 3, whereas a Mei icicle will be reduced from 120 to 115. This basically means that characters like Tracer who are all about firing small damage sources at a high rate would have to theoretically deal like 900 damage just to kill her 500 health mech
This also affects how much Ultimate meter is gained. So even though Tracer just did 900 damage, she'll only get credit for 500
