I actually heard someone bring up the idea of having both subclassing and EOV's specialization system put together, where subclassing lets you have access to a class's general skills, but not their specialization skills so classes aren't completely redundant and overshadowed by straight up superior classes. We could have dungeons separate from the world tree. The places where you fight the sea bosses even have neat descriptions on how they look inside.
Having to go through them 3 times over would be annoying though. Unless it's a single unique floor every quest.
