Are MMORPGS Literally dead? I've been looking for an MMO to try recently but everything i try is either p2w or dead.

Now that I think about it, yes, I think they are completely dead. There aren't even any new ones in development. I remember a time when everyone was doing these, and I played most of the big ones. Not a single one ever came close to SWG, but I did have fun with WAR, TOR, and STO.

They ain't dead anon, MMO's just ain't as popular as they used to be. Also there's a lot more of them nowadays so the population is a lot more spread out rather than on just a few games.
Every genre has it's time to shine, MMO's had its days, now the spotlight's on something else.

Find an older one you would like to try and find a decent private server for it.
