I like it but I'm shit at shooters.
I'm 30 so I don't really get russled about the "casual!1!" stuff. I don't play games to be LCS competitive pro, and it's good quick fun. No real class stands out as obviously weak, so the balance is pretty nice too. I just hate the King of the Hill game modes.

That's not the problem. Have you played Xenogears?
Xenosaga was supposed to be a... 7 part series? That was going to incorporate Xenogears around 5 or 6, but they changed everything when the second game did so poorly.
It's basically the bad characters and combat that drove the series into the ground.
I highly suggest you check out the source material if you liked Xenosaga. Xenogears blows it out of the water.
