This isn't CoD. Your K/D, accuracy, HS% won't affect your rank because those aren't what determines the winning condition of each match. That is why Valve MM ELO is based on your MVPs and round wins.

Why would 1.9% higher win % affect your rank? Not all matches give/take the same amount of ELO points
This is my stats with MG1, realize how I have much less k/d but much higher HS%. Because the most important thing in those stats is easily MVPs and HS%s since they are usually the determining factors of skill in CSGO.
