These rankings are shit. They're based solely off character score, which is a metric of how much you've played a character more than anything else.

every point you get while playing as a character adds to it. The more shit someone does while playing as a character, the more character score they get. Ranking based on character score is like rewarding waifufaggotry

My best is rank #735 with 3 hours in Zarya. I don't have any "mains" so I'm at a disadvantage by switching classes.
This ranking system punishes people who play smart by switching regularly. All it's good for is epeen.

So basically it's encouraging you to only play one character as much as possible. Great site.
Not that there's any real option for a ranking system, since if you get a few stomps in, your average totals will plummet simply due to the matches being short (you're not going to get 15k healing or 40 eliminations in a 2 minute game)

How do winrates work with this site/in game? Does it record the match as a win if you so much as played the character in it and won, or if you ended on that character?

I think the reason that my Reinhardt score is so low is because he requires a competent team while a good Roadhog can carry a shit team to victory.
