I normally actually would prioritize resolution over FPS most of the time because I think the halo games are fucking gorgeous and love making screenshots, but the vertical interpolation they use in 2A works fucking amazing and it's indistinguishable from true 1080p as far as I can tell anyways.
It's a shame MCC doesn't support true screenshots though even in 3/ODST/4, it just uses the xbone's built in tool rather then an in engine function like the original games did, which means the output quality isn't as high. Resolution of them might be lower too as a result but the original games might have outputted to 1080p from theatere as well to begin with, all I know it was a higher resolution then what the games actually played at
It's a shame reach isn't on MCC though, it's a very pretty game that would really benefit from the higher res and framerate. At least it's playable on xbone via backwards compatibilityPC release when.

Even as somebody who bought an xbone for MCC and has no regrets, I wouldn't reccomend it.
The MP isn't that active due to the bugs it had at launch and halo 5 having came out. You can find matches still, but it's obviously not extremely populated. The cmapigns are obviously great at a better resolution and framerate and new graphics for CE/2, but you have to be an insane shamless halo drone like myself to justify paying 300$ for that.
If you got cash to burn, sure, go for it, but otherwise I wouldn't unless you can get a good deal.Halo 5 is actually really good though. I expected it to be shit but it's my favorite halo after 2 MP wise now

I'm currently having a playthrough and the water temple I stumbled upon after several hours of gameplay is the best designed level in any video game I played. Here's an entrance, though webm cuts off.
Just get GOG version of Unreal Gold, get high rest textures and kentie's launcher and you're set. I'm astounded to the point I must further reevaluate Cliffy B.
