Sadly Dva really is just not good, but I keep playing her in hopes that she'll get a buff soon. She stays alive so well but just can't do anything because she does no damage, I feel more effective when I'm zero suit Dva.

Actually a decent list. If you watch any of the recent tournaments from Overwatch the great and god tier is basically all that's played.
McCree is the best hero in the game. Lucio fits into every team comp. Mei and Hanzo are underwhelming against a team with good communication. Roadhog is free ultimates unless your team is retarded enough to get hooked constantly.
