She needs to be removed from the tank class as well as winston, neither are tanks, they're support characters to harass the enemy team

Left click is auto-shotguns, right click is a minigun or something for less damage up close, but decent damage at range.

Armored Core FA styled quickboosting.
Ult charge up quicker, Mech Summon up quicker. Literally all she needs, but a damage increase so you can brawl DPS classes at close range would be nice.

Stop playing her as a Main Meatshield Tank you halfwit. She's a tanky flanker and support pusher at the same time. Sneak up on them from behind and smoke them with no-reloading automatic shotguns. If they have a nest just Boost in and Self-Destruct. Rush Bastion Fucks head on with Defense Matrix and let your team-mates take care of him.
And the best part is - Second Wind. They kill you, you jump out, you get awesome handgun with decent damage and tiny hitbox, pretty annoying combination. Also her "Suit Up" Ulti charges 2x faster than any other.
21 Kill Streak with D.Va is nothing amazing these days. Just don't boost in against their entire team and nothing can kill you for good.
