MM is pretty random OP. I'd say the longer you stay in the match the more likely you will have good teammates. You will often get slotted onto a team where someone left because shitties right?
Just watch how the teams scramble in between maps, if the enemy team is always the same it's a stack so you should leave. If you mix teams up you will eventually have good games, and those tend to go on a streak too.

I feel your pain, OP, sort of.
For me it's different. I play with three other friends I've know for years, and two of them suck at the game. One is unwilling to communicate and exclusively plays asRoadhogno matter what map or gamemode, and the other is just not as skillful as the team needs him to be.
I main as Pharah, but bounce around other heroes given the situation of the game, and my third friend plays exclusively as a healer, but is damn good at it. It's frustrating, but practice makes perfect I guess. Right?
